Returns & refunds
This policy covers physical products from the RoadSeal Store, sold by GK Global Limited (trading as RoadSeal), Hong Kong. Refunds for your International Driving Permit are handled separately — see our IDP refund policy.
Your right to return
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are unused, undamaged and in their original packaging with any tags attached. This is in addition to any statutory rights under your local consumer law — for example, EU and UK customers have a minimum 14-day cancellation right for distance purchases.
Items that can't be returned
- Personalised or engraved items (e.g. the engraved Pet ID Tag) — made to order, so exempt from the standard return right unless faulty.
- Items returned used, damaged by the customer, or without their original packaging.
- Hygiene-sensitive items where a seal has been opened, where stated on the product page.
Who pays return postage
- Change of mind: you cover the return postage.
- Faulty, damaged or wrong item: we cover the return cost and the replacement or refund — at no charge to you.
- There is no restocking fee.
How to start a return
- Email support@roadseal.co with your order number and the item(s) you want to return (add a photo if it's faulty or damaged).
- We'll reply with the return address and instructions within 2 business days.
- Send the item back, keeping your proof of postage and tracking number.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we issue your refund within 7 days.
- Refunds go to your original payment method; your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to show it.
- Original shipping charges are refunded only where the item was faulty, damaged or sent in error.
- Any import duties or taxes you paid to your local customs authority aren't refundable by us — reclaim those from your customs authority where eligible.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If something arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, email support@roadseal.co within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including original and return shipping.
