Shipping policy

This policy covers physical products bought from the RoadSeal Store. Store products are sold and shipped by GK Global Limited (trading as RoadSeal), Hong Kong. Your International Driving Permit is a separate service — its delivery is covered by your IDP order confirmation, not this policy.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide, except to countries subject to international sanctions or where local regulations prohibit importing the item. If we can't ship to your destination, we'll contact you and refund the order in full.

Shipping options & cost

Standard and Express tracked services are offered at checkout.
Shipping is a flat US$20 per order, shown before you pay.
Free standard shipping on orders over US$60.
All prices are in US dollars (USD).

Dispatch & delivery times

Dispatch: orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment.
Delivery: estimated 10–15 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance.
Timeframes are estimates, not guarantees — carrier and customs delays can occur, especially during peak periods.

Order tracking

Every order ships with tracking. We email your tracking number as soon as the parcel is dispatched; please allow a few days for the first scan to appear.

Customs, duties & import taxes

Important — you pay any import charges. Parcels ship from Hong Kong on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Any import duties, taxes, VAT/GST or customs/handling fees charged by your destination country are payable by you and are not included in the item or shipping price.

These charges are set by your local customs authority and usually collected by the carrier on delivery. We have no control over them and can't predict their amount. If a parcel is refused or returned because import charges weren't paid, the original shipping cost and any return fees are non-refundable.

Wrong, lost or damaged parcels

Wrong or damaged item: email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll replace or refund it at our cost.
Lost in transit: if tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us — we'll investigate with the carrier and resend or refund once it's confirmed lost.
Incorrect address: please check your shipping address carefully; we can't be responsible for parcels sent to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.
