Refund policy (plain English)
- 100% refund if we can't issue your IDP for any reason on our end.
- Full refund available any time before your IDP is issued — requests are reviewed within 24 hours.
- 14-day cooling-off period under UK consumer law if your IDP hasn't been delivered.
- Once an IDP has been issued and delivered, it's a certified legal document — refunds aren't possible after that point.
